In this activity there is a Guarantee of sightings, which means that the observation of a species of cetaceans (whale or dolphin) from the Azores is guaranteed – it cannot be predicted in a single outing whether there will be only whales, only dolphins or both. If no species of cetaceans are seen during the tour, another free tour will be provided. If the customer is not available to take another tour, the ticket price will be refunded. Whale watching is not promised.
