During this dinner, a typical dish is served, usually Alcatra, a meat dish cooked in a wood-fired oven with a special sauce. Accompaniments, dessert, and beverages such as water, juice, wine, or beer are also included.

To ensure that everyone can enjoy the meal, we have the flexibility to adapt the menu according to our clients’ dietary restrictions.
